It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once during the month of Ramadan, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out and led a short prayer, then left. After quite some time, he came again and led a short prayer, then again went back and stayed inside for a long while. When morning came, the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) said, "O Messenger of Allah! We were sitting here tonight, you came and led a short prayer and then went inside for a long time?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "It was because of you that I did so."

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once said to Hazrat Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that Allah has commanded me to recite the Qur'an to you. Hazrat Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "Did Allah mention me by name?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "Yes!" Upon hearing this, Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) began to weep.

They saw that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was returning, riding on the unsaddled horse of Hazrat Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him), with a sword hanging around his neck, and he was telling the people that there is nothing to worry about, do not be afraid. Regarding the horse, he said, "We found it as swift as the sea."

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to drink water in three breaths and said that this method is easier, more pleasant, and more beneficial.
