Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reminded us of the prayer of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) which we used to perform with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but which we had forgotten or deliberately abandoned. He used to say "Allahu Akbar" every time he bowed (for ruku‘), when rising from bowing, and when going into prostration (sajdah).

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Allah! Grant Ubaid Abu Amir superiority over many people on the Day of Resurrection. Ubaid (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred on the occasion of the Battle of Autas, and Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) killed his killer. Abu Wa'il says: I hope that Allah Almighty will not gather Ubaid's killer and Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) together in Hell on the Day of Resurrection.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Hazrat Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) returned from Abyssinia, she encountered Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) on one of the roads of Madinah Munawwarah. Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "Are you one of those who went to Abyssinia?" She replied, "Yes!" Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "You people were the best nation, if only you had not missed the migration to Madinah." She replied, "You people were with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); he would provide mounts for your walkers, teach knowledge to your ignorant, and we had left at that time to save our religion. I will not return home without mentioning this matter to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)." Thus, she presented herself before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and related the entire matter. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "You have two migrations: one towards Madinah Munawwarah and the other towards Abyssinia."

Abu Burdah says that once Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) was present in the house of the daughter of Umm al-Fadl. I also went there. I sneezed, but he did not respond to me, and when the woman sneezed, he responded to her. I came to my mother and told her about this. When my father came, he said, "My son sneezed in your presence, but you did not respond to him, and when this woman sneezed, you responded to her?" He replied, "When your son sneezed, he did not say 'Alhamdulillah,' so I did not respond to him, and when she sneezed, she said 'Alhamdulillah,' so I responded to her, because I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'When someone sneezes and says Alhamdulillah after sneezing, respond to him, and if he does not say Alhamdulillah, then do not respond to him.'" Upon this, the mother said, "You did well."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) fell ill and his illness kept increasing, he said, "Order Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer." Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! Abu Bakr is a very soft-hearted man; when he stands in your place, he will not be able to lead the people in prayer." The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) again said, "Tell Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer. You are like the women of Yusuf." So the messenger went to Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and during the blessed life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), he led the prayer. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
