30240 - And Al-Hasan said: Unless he says: "You are doing the deed of the people of Lot."

٣٠٢٤١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن يزيد عن ابي العلاء عن قتادة قال: ليس عليه شيء.
Hazrat Abu Alaa narrates that Hazrat Qatadah said: There will be no punishment for this, and Hazrat Abu Hashim said: When he says thus: Surely you have committed intercourse with so-and-so in his buttocks, then he will be given the lashes of the hadd of qazf.

30242 - Abu Hashim said: If he says, "You have intercourse with so-and-so in his anus," he said: Administer the hadd punishment to him.

٣٠٢٤٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن ابي هلال عن قتادة قال: قال رجل لابي الاسود: يا لوطي، فقال: يرحم الله لوطا، ولم يره شيئا.
Hazrat Qatadah narrates that a man said to Hazrat Abu Al-Aswad: "O Luti!" So he replied: "May Allah have mercy on Hazrat Lut." And he did not consider anything obligatory regarding this matter.

Hazrat Mansur narrates that Ibrahim said: Flogging should be administered to the person who committed this act and also to the one upon whom this accusation is made.

٣٠٢٤٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: من قذف (به) (١) إنسانا جلد، ويبتغى فيه من الشهود كما يبتغى في شهود الزنى.

Hazrat Hammad states that Ibrahim said: Whoever accuses a person of this allegation should be flogged, and witnesses should be sought in the same manner as witnesses are sought in cases of adultery.

Hazrat Muammar states that Hazrat Zuhri said: When a man accuses someone of the act of the people of Lut or of bestiality with an animal, he shall be flogged.

٣٠٢٤٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سعيد بن حسان عن (عبد الحميد) (١) بن (جبير) (٢) ان رجلا قال لرجل: يا لوطي؟ فرفع إلى عمر بن عبد العزيز فجعل يقول: يا لوطي، يا محمدي، قال: فضربه بضعة عشر سوطا، ثم اخرجه من الغد فاكمل له الحد.

Hazrat Abdul Hameed bin Jubair narrates that a man said to another man: "O Luti (sodomite)!" This matter was presented before Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz, so he began to say: "O Luti! O Muhammadi!" The narrator says: Then he (Umar bin Abdul Aziz) gave him more than ten lashes, then the next day he brought him out and completed his punishment.

Abu Hilal states that Hasan Basri said: The punishment of qazf will not be carried out on him, and Ikrimah said: The punishment of qazf will be carried out on him.
