٣٠٩٠٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن ابي هلال عن (الحسن و) (١) عكرمة في الرجل يقول للرجل: يا مخنث، قال عكرمة: عليه الحد.

Abu Hilal states that it is narrated from Hasan Basri and Ikrimah regarding the person who says to a man: "O eunuch!" Ikrimah said: The hadd (prescribed punishment) will be carried out on him, and Hasan Basri said: The hadd will not be carried out on him.

Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir said: When someone says, "O eunuch!" then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be enforced upon him.

٣٠٩٠٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا شريك عن عبد الملك بن عمير قال: قال علي: قول الرجل للرجل: يا خبيث يا فاسق، قال: هن فواحش، وفيهن عقوبة، ولا (تقلهن) (١) فتعودهن (٢).

(٢) منقطع؛ عبد الملك بن عمير لم يسمع من علي.
Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Umair narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: For a man to say to another man, "O wicked one, O sinner," he (Ali) said, these are bad words and there will be punishment for this, and he should not say these words, lest he becomes accustomed to them.

٣٠٩٠٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن اشعث عن الحسن ان ابا بكر قال: في الرجل يقول للرجل: يا خبيث يا فاسق، قال: قد قال قولا سيئا (و) (١) ليس فيه عقوبة ولا حد (٢).

(٢) منقطع ضعيف؛ أشعث ضعيف، والحسن لا يروي عن أبي بكر.
Hasan Basri narrates that Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq, regarding the man who said to another man: "O wicked one, O sinner," said: Indeed, this person has spoken badly, but there will be neither punishment nor prescribed penalty in this.

٣٠٩٠٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مهدي عن عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق قال: شهدت سالما والقاسم وسالهما امير المدينة عن رجل قال لرجل: يا فاسق، فقرا هذه الآية: ﴿فاسق بنبإ فتبينوا﴾ [الحجرات: ٦]، وقالا: الفاسق الكذاب يعزر اسواطا.
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Ishaq narrates that I was present with Hazrat Salim and Hazrat Qasim bin Abdur Rahman when the governor of the city asked both of them about a man who had said to another: "O sinner (fasiq), what is the ruling about this?" Both of them recited this verse: "If a sinner (fasiq) brings you any news, investigate it thoroughly." Both of them said: Fasiq means liar; this person will be given lashes less than the prescribed legal limit.

٣٠٩٠٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن اشعث عن ابي الزبير عن جابر بن عبد الله في الرجل يقول للرجل: يا خبيث، قال: هو قول سيء وليس فيه عقوبة (١).

(١) ضعيف؛ لضعف أشعث.
Hazrat Abu Zubair narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah regarding the person who says to a man: "O wicked one," he (Jabir) said: This is a bad thing, and there will be no punishment for it.

٣٠٩٠٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن إسماعيل عن الشعبي قال: لو ان رجلا قال لرجل: ادعاك عشرة، لم يكن عليه حد.
Ismail narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: If a person says to another person, "Ten people have accused you," then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him.
