I ask You by every name belonging to You which You have named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept with Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen, that You make the Qur’an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my grief, and the dispeller of my anxiety.”Then Allah Almighty will remove his worry, grief, and distress, and in its place grant him relief and ease. It was asked: O Messenger of Allah! Should we not learn these words? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Yes, everyone who hears them should memorize them.
