سنن سعید بن منصور
Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَلْتَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful.}
Hadith Number: 521
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them both) said:“And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong”(__QUR_N__), and they seek assistance in what is coming upon them with the help of Allah. I do not know whether this was his recitation or his explanation.

تخریج الحدیث:
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {إِذْ هَمَّتْ طَائِفَتَانِ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ تَفْشَلا وَاللهُ وَلِيُّهُمَا وَعَلَى اللهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ}

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said:“The verse: ‘When two parties among you were about to lose courage, but Allah was their protector’ was revealed about us, meaning about Banu Salamah and Banu Harithah, and I would not like that it had not been revealed.”

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: There are two verses in the Book of Allah that when a servant recites them and seeks forgiveness from Allah the Exalted, Allah forgives him:“And those who, when they commit an indecency or wrong themselves, remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins—and who forgives sins except Allah?”__QUR_N__ (And when they commit an evil deed or wrong themselves, they remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their sins, and who can forgive sins except Allah?)
