Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ}
His (Allah's) saying: {But if the guardian is self-sufficient, let him abstain [from taking a fee]; and if he is poor, let him take according to what is reasonable}
Hadith Number: 571
نا نا سفيان، عن يحيى بن سعيد، عن القاسم بن محمد، عن ابن عباس ، ان رجلا ساله قال: إن في حجري يتيما، افاشرب من اللبن؟، قال:" إن كنت ترد نادتها، وتلوط حوضها، وتهنا جرباها فاشرب غير مضر بنسل، ولا ناهك في حلب" .
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: A man asked him: "There is an orphan under my care, may I drink (milk)?" He said: "If you let his animal graze, clean its trough, and give relief to its scabby parts, then drink, provided that it does not harm the offspring and there is no decrease in milking."

Hadith Number: 572
نا حماد بن زيد ، وسفيان ، عن عمرو بن دينار ، عن الحسن العرني ، ان رجلا قال: يا رسول الله، مم اضرب يتيمي؟، قال:" مما كنت ضاربا منه ولدك"، قال: فاصيب من ماله؟، قال:" غير متاثل مالا، ولا واق مالك بماله" .
It is narrated from Hasan al-Urani, may Allah have mercy on him: A man said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! With what should I discipline my orphan?" He (the Prophet) said, "With the same thing with which you discipline your own son." He said, "May I take from his wealth?" He (the Prophet) said, "Yes, provided that he does not accumulate wealth and does not protect his own wealth with the orphan's wealth."

Hadith Number: 573
نا هشيم، قال: نا يونس، ومنصور، عن الحسن، انه كان يقول في ولي اليتيم: قال: " إذا كان محتاجا يضع يده مع يد اليتيم" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say about the guardian of an orphan: If he is in need, he should put his hand together with the hand of the orphan.

Hadith Number: 574
نا هشيم، قال: نا سلمة بن علقمة، عن ابن سيرين، قال: سالت عبيدة عن قوله عز وجل: ومن كان فقيرا فلياكل بالمعروف سورة النساء آية 6، قال:" هو قرض، الا ترى إلى قوله عز وجل: فإذا دفعتم إليهم اموالهم فاشهدوا عليهم سورة النساء آية 6" ,
Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I asked Ubaidah (may Allah have mercy on him) about the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic:“And whoever is poor, let him eat in a reasonable manner.”He said: This is a loan. Do you not see the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic:“And when you deliver their wealth to them, have witnesses over them”?

Hadith Number: 575
نا هشيم، قال: نا حجاج، عمن سمع سعيد بن جبير، ومجاهدا، يقولان ذلك.
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) and Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said the same.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ وَقُولُوا لَهُمْ قَوْلا مَعْرُوفًا}
His (Allah's) saying: {And when the division is attended by relatives, orphans, and the needy, give them something out of it and speak to them words of kindness}
Hadith Number: 576
نا ابو عوانة، عن ابي بشر، عن سعيد بن جبير، ان ناسا يقولون: إن هذه الآية قد نسخت: وإذا حضر القسمة اولو القربى واليتامى والمساكين فارزقوهم منه سورة النساء آية 8 , قال:" لا والله ما نسخت، ولكنها مما تهاون الناس بها وهما وليان: ولي يرث، فذلك الذي يرزق، وولي ليس بوارث، فذلك الذي يقول قولا معروفا: إنه مال يتامى وما لي فيه شيء" .
Saeed bin Jubair, may Allah have mercy on him, said: Some people say that this verse:“And when the relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the time of division, then provide for them from it”__QUR_N__ has been abrogated. I swear by Allah that it has not been abrogated; rather, people have fallen short in acting upon it. There are two types of heirs: one who inherits, so he is the one who provides for them, and the other who does not inherit, so he speaks to them gently and kindly, saying: This is the wealth of the orphans and I have no right in it.

Hadith Number: 577
نا سفيان، عن ابن ابي نجيح، عن مجاهد، في قوله عز وجل: فارزقوهم منه سورة النساء آية 8، قال:" حق واجب مما طابت به الانفس" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“The meaning of ﴿فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ﴾ is the obligatory right that should be given gladly.”

Hadith Number: 578
نا هشيم، قال: نا منصور، عن قتادة، عن يحيى بن يعمر , قال: " ثلاث آيات مدنيات محكمات ضيعهن كثير من الناس: قوله تعالى: وإذا حضر القسمة اولو القربى واليتامى والمساكين فارزقوهم منه وقولوا لهم قولا معروفا سورة النساء آية 8، وآية الاستئذان: والذين لم يبلغوا الحلم منكم سورة النور آية 58، وقوله: إنا خلقناكم من ذكر وانثى وجعلناكم شعوبا وقبائل لتعارفوا إن اكرمكم عند الله اتقاكم سورة الحجرات آية 13" .
Yahya bin Ya'mar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Three Madinan verses are decisive, but many people have neglected them:“And when the relatives and the orphans and the needy are present at the time of division, give them something out of it and speak to them words of kindness”(__QUR_N__), the verse of seeking permission“And those among you who have not reached puberty”(__QUR_N__), and“Indeed, We created you from a male and a female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you”(__QUR_N__).

Hadith Number: 579
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن يونس، عن الحسن , في قوله عز وجل: وإذا حضر القسمة اولو القربى واليتامى والمساكين فارزقوهم منه سورة النساء آية 8، قال:" فغير قرابة الميت يرضخ لهم القدح او الشيء، فكان يقول لهم: إنها لم تنسخ" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the verse: "And when the relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the time of division, then provide for them out of it" that something should be given to the non-close relatives of the deceased, such as a vessel or something else, and he used to say: This verse has not been abrogated.

Hadith Number: 580
نا هشيم، قال: نا يونس، ومنصور، عن الحسن، ومغيرة، عن إبراهيم , انهما قالا: " هي محكمة وليست بمنسوخة" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on them both) said: This verse is definitive and has not been abrogated.
