Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ}
His (Allah's) saying: {And [also prohibited to you are] married women except those your right hands possess}
Hadith Number: 611
نا نا عتاب بن بشير، عن خصيف، عن مجاهد، عن ابن عباس ، في قوله عز وجل: والمحصنات سورة النساء آية 24، قال:" العفيفة العاقلة من مسلمة، او من اهل الكتاب" .
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: By ﴿وَالْمُحْصَنَاتِ﴾ is meant a chaste and intelligent woman, whether she is a Muslim or from the People of the Book.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْكُمْ طَوْلا أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِنْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ مِنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ وَأَنْ تَصْبِرُوا خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَاللهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
His (Allah's) saying: {And whoever among you cannot [find] the means to marry free, believing women, then [he may marry] from those whom your right hands possess of believing slave girls} to His saying: {That is for him among you who fears sin, but to be patient is better for you. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful}
Hadith Number: 612
نا هشيم، قال: نا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، انه كان " يقرا: فإذا احصن سورة النساء آية 25، قال: إذا اسلمن"، وكان مجاهد , يقرا: فإذا احصن سورة النساء آية 25، يقول:" إذا تزوجن ما لم تزوج، فلا حد عليها" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) would recite ﴿فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ﴾ taking its meaning as "when they embrace Islam," while Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) would recite it taking its meaning as "when they enter into marriage," and he would say that as long as there is no marriage, the prescribed punishment (hadd) is not applicable to them.

Hadith Number: 613
نا نا هشيم، قال: نا داود بن ابي هند، عن عكرمة , او غيره , شك داود , عن ابن عباس ، انه كان " لا يرى على الامة حدا حتى تزوج زوجا حرا" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) did not consider the hadd (prescribed punishment) obligatory upon a slave-girl until she married a free man.

Hadith Number: 614
نا نا هشيم، قال: نا داود بن ابي هند، قال: حدثني ثمامة بن عبد الله بن انس، قال:" شهدت انس بن مالك يضرب إماءه الحد إذا زنين، تزوجن او لم يتزوجن" .
Thumamah bin Abdullah bin Anas (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I saw Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) enforcing the hadd punishment on his slave girls, whether they were married or not.

Hadith Number: 615
نا نا سفيان، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن مجاهد، قال: قال ابن عباس : " ليس على الامة حد حتى تحصن" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: There is no hadd punishment on a slave woman until she gets married.

Hadith Number: 616
نا نا سفيان، عن مسعر، عن عمرو بن مرة، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس انه كان يقول: " ليس على الامة حد حتى تحصن، لان الله يقول: فإذا احصن فإن اتين بفاحشة سورة النساء آية 25" .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: There is no hadd (legal punishment) for a slave-girl until she gets married, because Allah the Exalted says: "But when they are protected (i.e., married), if they commit indecency..." __QUR_N__

Hadith Number: 617
نا هشيم , قال: نا ابو بشر، عن سعيد بن جبير في قوله عز وجل: ومن لم يستطع منكم طولا ان ينكح المحصنات المؤمنات فمن ما ملكت ايمانكم سورة النساء آية 25 , قال الطول: الغنى إذا لم يجد ما ينكح به الحرة تزوج امة" .
Saeed bin Jubair, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding the statement of Allah the Exalted: ﴿And whoever among you cannot [find] the means to marry free, believing women, then [he may marry] from those whom your right hands possess﴾, says: By "means" is meant wealth, that is, if someone does not have the financial ability to marry a free woman, then he should marry a slave woman.

Hadith Number: 618
نا هشيم قال: اخبرني ابو بشر، عن سعيد بن جبير , قال: " ما ازلحف ناكح الإماء عن الزنا إلا قليلا، وان تصبروا خير لكم قال: عن نكاح الإماء" .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: One who marries slave women is rarely saved from adultery, and regarding Allah’s statement:“And if you are patient, it is better for you,”he said that what is meant by this is not to marry slave women.

Hadith Number: 619
نا سفيان، عن ابن ابي نجيح، عن مجاهد , قال: " لا يصلح نكاح إماء اهل الكتاب , لان الله عز وجل يقول: من فتياتكم المؤمنات سورة النساء آية 25" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: It is not permissible to marry slave women from the People of the Book, because Allah the Exalted says: "from your believing slave women."

Hadith Number: 620
نا نا هشيم قال: نا العوام، عمن حدثه، عن ابن عباس , قال: " ما تزحف ناكح الإماء عن الزنا إلا قليلا" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "One who marries slave women is very rarely saved from adultery."
