Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ وَالأَنْصَابُ وَالأَزْلامُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ * إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُوقِعَ بَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ وَيَصُدَّكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللهِ وَعَنِ الصَّلاةِ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُنْتَهُونَ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ {وَاللهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ} .
His (Allah's) saying: {O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone altars [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful. Satan only wants to cause between you animosity and hatred through intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. So will you not desist
Hadith Number: 821
نا فليح يعني ابن سليمان ، عن زيد بن اسلم ، عن عبد الرحمن بن وعلة , قال: سالت ابن عباس، فقلت: إنا بارض لنا فيها كروم، وإن اكثر غلتها الخمر؟ فقال ابن عباس : قدم رجل من دوس على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم براوية خمر اهداها له، فقال له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" هل علمت ان الله حرمها بعدك"، فاقبل الدوسي على رجل كان معه، فامره ببيعها، فقال له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" هل علمت ان الذي حرم شربها حرم بيعها، واكل ثمنها"، فامر بالمزادة فاهريقت حتى لم يبق فيها قطرة .
Abdur Rahman bin Wa'lah (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that we live in a land where we have vineyards, and most of their produce comes out in the form of wine. So Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas said: A man from the tribe of Daws brought a waterskin filled with wine as a gift to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Do you know that Allah has made it forbidden for you after you? So that man turned to his companion and ordered him to sell it. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do you know that the one who made its drinking forbidden has also made its buying, selling, and consuming its price forbidden? So he ordered the waterskin to be poured out on the ground until not a single drop remained in it.

Hadith Number: 822
نا سفيان , قال: نا ابو النضر ، عن رجل ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رجلا اهدى إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم راوية خمر، وكان يهديها إليه، فقال:" إن الله حرمها بعدك" , فقال: افلا ابيعها؟ فقال:" إن الذي حرم علينا شربها حرم علينا بيعها" , فقال: افلا اكارم بها اليهود , فذكر انه اخبره:" ان الذي حرم شربها حرم عليهم ان يكارموا اليهود بها" , قال: ما اصنع؟ قال:" صبها في البطحاء" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: A man presented a skin of wine to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), which he used to give to him as a gift. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah has made it forbidden for you. The man said: Then can I not sell it? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The One who made its drinking forbidden for us has also made its selling forbidden for us. He said: Should I not give it to the Jews to honor them? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The one who forbids its drinking also forbids honoring the Jews with it. Then the man said: What should I do now? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Pour it out in the valley of Makkah.

Hadith Number: 823
نا نا سفيان , قال: نا عمرو، عن يحيى بن جعدة، سمعته يقول: قال عثمان على المنبر: " إياكم والخمر، فإنها مفتاح لكل شر، وإن رجلا ممن كان قبلكم قيل: إما ان تسجد لهذا الصليب، وإما ان تحرق هذا الكتاب، وإما ان تقتل هذا الصبي، وإما ان تصيب هذه المراة، وإما ان تشرب هذه الكاس الخمر، فراى انها اهون عليه فلما شربها فعل ذلك، سجد للصليب، وحرق الكتاب، وقتل الصبي، واصاب من المراة" .
Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) said from the pulpit: Beware of wine, for it is the key to every evil. And among you, there was a man from those before you, to whom it was said: Either prostrate to this cross, or burn this book, or kill this child, or commit adultery with this woman, or drink wine from this cup. So he considered drinking wine to be the lightest of these, and when he drank the wine, he did all of them: he prostrated to the cross, burned the book, killed the child, and committed adultery with the woman.

Hadith Number: 824
نا نا يعقوب بن عبد الرحمن، عن ابي حازم، عن عطاء بن ابي رباح، ان عبد الله بن عباس , قال: " اكبر الكبائر شرب الخمر" .
It is narrated from Ata bin Abi Rabah (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The greatest major sin is drinking alcohol.

Hadith Number: 825
نا نا هشيم , قال: نا إسماعيل بن ابي خالد، عن الحارث بن شبيل بن عوف، عن ابي عمرو الشيباني , قال: بلغ عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه، عن رجل كان يكون بالسواد يتجر في الخمر، فاثرى وكثر ماله، فكتب فيه عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه:" ان اكسروا كل مال وجدتموه له، وسيبوا كل ماشية هي له" .
Abu Amr Shaibani (may Allah have mercy on him) says: News reached Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) about a man who was trading in alcohol in the region of Sawad, through which he became wealthy and his wealth increased greatly. So Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote an order regarding him that whatever wealth of his is found, destroy it, and whatever livestock he has, set them free.

Hadith Number: 826
نا جرير، عن ليث، عن مجاهد , قال: " كل شيء فيه قمار فهو من الميسر، حتى لعب الصبيان بالجوز والكعاب" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Every thing in which there is gambling is maisir, that is, included in gambling, even children playing with walnuts and with dice.

Hadith Number: 827
نا جرير، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم , انه" كان يكره قمار الصبيان" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) used to dislike children's gambling.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَقْتُلُوا الصَّيْدَ وَأَنْتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَمَنْ قَتَلَهُ مِنْكُمْ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاءٌ مِثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ} .
His (Allah's) saying: {O you who believe! Do not kill game while you are in the state of Ihram. And whoever among you kills it intentionally, the penalty is an equivalent from livestock...}
Hadith Number: 828
نا سفيان، عن ابن ابي نجيح، عن مجاهد، في قوله عز وجل: ومن قتله منكم متعمدا سورة المائدة آية 95 , قال: " متعمدا لقتله، ناسيا لإحرامه، فذلك الذي يحكم عليه" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the statement of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: ﴿And whoever among you kills it intentionally﴾: What is meant is the person who intentionally kills the animal but has forgotten that he is in the state of ihram; it is this person upon whom the ruling of expiation will apply.

Hadith Number: 829
نا ابو عوانة، عن ابي بشر، عن سعيد بن جبير , في قوله عز وجل: ومن قتله منكم متعمدا سورة المائدة آية 95 , قال: " لا ارى في الخطا شيئا" .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the statement of Allah the Exalted:“And whoever among you kills it intentionally”(__QUR_N__): In my opinion, there is no expiation for killing by mistake, that is, unintentionally.

Hadith Number: 830
نا ابو عوانة، عن ابي بشر، عن عطاء، في قوله عز وجل: ومن قتله منكم متعمدا سورة المائدة آية 95 , قال: " من قتل صيدا، ثم عاد، اعيد عليه الجزاء" .
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the statement of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic:“And whoever among you kills it intentionally”(__QUR_N__): Whoever kills game while in the state of ihram, and then does so again, then the penalty, that is, the expiation, will again become obligatory upon him.
