Musnad Ahmad
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا
Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith Number: 3335
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا سفيان . وعبد الرزاق ، قال: انبانا سفيان ، عن منصور ، عن مجاهد ، عن طاوس ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" لا هجرة بعد الفتح، ولكن جهاد ونية، وإذا استنفرتم فانفروا".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "After the conquest of Makkah, migration is no longer obligatory, but jihad and intention remain. Therefore, when you are called to go out for jihad, then you should go out."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 2783، م: 1353
Hadith Number: 3336
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا مالك بن مغول ، عن طلحة بن مصرف ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: يوم الخميس، وما يوم الخميس! ثم نظرت إلى دموعه على خديه تحدر كانها نظام اللؤلؤ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" ائتوني باللوح والدواة او الكتف اكتب لكم كتابا لا تضلوا بعده ابدا" فقالوا: رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يهجر!.
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) remembered the day of Thursday and said: What was the day of Thursday? Saying this, he began to weep until I saw tears flowing down his cheeks like a string of pearls. He said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Bring me writing materials, I will write something for you after which you will never go astray." People began to say: What has happened, can the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also speak incoherently?
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 3053، م: 1637
Hadith Number: 3337
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن يحيى بن عبيد البهراني ، سمع ابن عباس " ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان ينبذ له في سقاء".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that nabidh used to be prepared for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in a waterskin.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 2004
Hadith Number: 3338
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن الحكم ، عن مجاهد ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" نصرت بالصبا، واهلكت عاد بالدبور".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I was helped by the east wind (the wind that comes from the direction of the door of the Ka'bah), and the people of 'Ad were destroyed by the west wind."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 1035، م: 900
Hadith Number: 3339
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا عباد بن منصور ، عن عكرمة ، عن ابن عباس " ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لاعن بالحمل".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) conducted li'an (mutual cursing) even when the woman was pregnant.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لضعف عباد بن منصور
Hadith Number: 3340
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا ابو إسرائيل العبسي ، عن فضيل بن عمرو ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس والفضل ، او احدهما عن الآخر، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" من اراد الحج فليتعجل، فإنه قد يمرض المريض، وتضل الراحلة، وتعرض الحاجة".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever intends to perform Hajj should fulfill this intention quickly, because sometimes the mount is lost, sometimes a person falls ill, and sometimes a need arises as an obstacle."
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد ضعيف، أبو إسرائيل سيئ الحفظ، لكنه توبع
Hadith Number: 3341
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن ابي جمرة ، عن ابن عباس ، قال:" جعل في قبر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قطيفة حمراء".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a red-colored sheet was spread in the blessed grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 967
Hadith Number: 3342
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا المسعودي ، عن ابن خثيم ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" خير ثيابكم البياض، فالبسوها احياء، وكفنوا فيها موتاكم، وخير اكحالكم الإثمد".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Wear white clothes, for they are the best of your clothes, and shroud your dead in them. And the best kohl among you is antimony (ithmid)."

Hadith Number: 3343
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا عبيد الله بن عبد الرحمن بن موهب ، عن نافع بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" الايم اولى بنفسها من وليها، والبكر تستامر في نفسها، وصمتها إقرارها".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A previously married woman has more right over herself than her guardian, but a virgin woman should be asked for her permission, and her silence is her permission."
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، م: 1421
Hadith Number: 3344
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، عن إسرائيل ، عن عبد الكريم ، عن قيس بن حبتر ، عن ابن عباس ، قال:" نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن مهر البغي، وثمن الكلب، وثمن الخمر".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the use of the earnings of a prostitute, the price of a dog, and the price of wine.
