مسنَد اَنَسِ بنِ مَالِك رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 12799
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا إسماعيل ، حدثنا سليمان التيمي ، حدثنا انس بن مالك ، قال: كانت ام سليم مع ازواج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فاتى عليهن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو يسوق بهن سواق، فقال له:" يا انجشة، رويدك بالقوارير".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was on a journey. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had a camel driver whose name was Anjasha. He was driving the mounts of the Mothers of the Believers. The mother of Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) was also with them. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Anjasha! Drive gently with these glass vessels."

Hadith Number: 12800
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا إسماعيل ، اخبرنا سليمان التيمي ، قال: سمعت انس بن مالك ، يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" من كذب علي، فليتبوا مقعده من النار"، حدثنا به هكذا مرتين، وحدثنا به مرة اخرى فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" من كذب علي متعمدا، فليتبوا مقعده من النار".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever deliberately attributes a lie to me, he should make his abode in Hell.

Hadith Number: 12801
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، وحجاج ، قال: حدثني شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم انه قال:" لا يؤمن احدكم حتى يحب لاخيه او لجاره ما يحب لنفسه" ولم يشك حجاج.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you can be a believer until he likes for his brother or neighbor what he likes for himself.

Hadith Number: 12802
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، اخبرنا شعبة ، وحجاج ، قال: حدثني شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" إن الانصار كرشي وعيبتي، وإن الناس سيكثرون ويقلون، فاقبلوا من محسنهم، واعفوا عن مسيئهم"، وقال حجاج: عن مسنهم.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Ansar are my protection. People will continue to increase while the Ansar will decrease, so accept the good deeds of the Ansar and overlook and forgive their wrongdoers."

Hadith Number: 12803
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: فلا ادري اشيء انزل او كان يقوله:" لو ان لابن آدم واديين من مال، لتمنى او لابتغى واديا ثالثا، ولا يملا جوف ابن آدم إلا التراب، ويتوب الله على من تاب"، حدثنا حجاج ، قال: حدثني شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة ، قال: سمعت انسا قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: فلا ادري اشيء انزل عليه، فذكره.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying—I do not know whether it was a verse of the Qur'an or a saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)—that if the son of Adam had two valleys full of wealth, he would desire a third, and nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except the dust of the grave, and Allah accepts the repentance of whoever repents.

Hadith Number: 12804
حدثنا حجاج قال: حدثني شعبة قال: سمعت قتادة قال: سمعت انسا قال: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول، فلا ادري اشيء انزل عليه, فذكره
The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.

Hadith Number: 12805
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، وحدثنا حجاج ، قال: حدثني شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اتي برجل قد شرب الخمر، فجلده بجريدتين نحو الاربعين، قال: وفعله ابو بكر، فلما كان عمر استشار الناس، فقال عبد الرحمن بن عوف: اخف الحدود ثمانون، قال: فامر به عمر.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man who had drunk alcohol was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) struck him about forty times with two branches. Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) did the same. But when the caliphate of Hazrat Umar Farooq (may Allah be pleased with him) began, Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) consulted regarding this matter. Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Auf (may Allah be pleased with him) gave the opinion that the lowest prescribed punishment is eighty lashes. Thus, Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) fixed the punishment for drinking alcohol at eighty lashes.

(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، ويزيد بن هارون ، اخبرنا شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك ، قال: الا احدثكم بحديث سمعته من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم؟ لا يحدثكم احد بعدي سمعه منه" إن من اشراط الساعة ان يرفع العلم، ويظهر الجهل ويفشو الزنا، ويشرب الخمر، ويذهب الرجال وتبقى النساء، حتى يكون لخمسين امراة قيم واحد"، حدثنا حجاج ، حدثني شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك قال: لاحدثنكم حديثا سمعته من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فذكر مثله إلا انه قال:" يذهب الرجال، وتبقى النساء".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that I will tell you a hadith which I heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and after me, no one will narrate it to you. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that among the signs of the Day of Judgment is that knowledge will be taken away, ignorance will prevail, adultery will become widespread, and drinking of wine will become common. The number of men will decrease and the number of women will increase, to the extent that one man will be responsible for fifty women.

Hadith Number: 12807
حدثنا حجاج: حدثني شعبة قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث عن انس بن مالك قال: لاحدثنكم حديثا سمعته من رسول الله، فذكر مثله إلا انه قال: «يذهب الرجال وتبقى النساء» . [انظر: ١٣٩٤٦]

Hadith Number: 12808
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد ، قال: حدثنا شعبة ، ويزيد ، قال: اخبرنا شعبة ، عن قتادة ، عن انس بن مالك ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" لولا ان لا تدافنوا، لدعوت الله عز وجل ان يسمعكم عذاب القبر".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If you were not to stop burying your dead, I would have prayed to Allah that He let you hear the sound of the punishment of the grave.
