Musnad of the Ansar
حَدِيثُ أَبِي ذَرٍّ الْغِفَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 21398
And narrated to us Muawiyah ibn Amr, narrated to us Zaidah, from Al-A'mash, narrated to us Sulaiman ibn Mushir, from Kharashah, and he mentioned it.

Hadith Number: 21399
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا الاعمش ، عن المعرور بن سويد ، عن ابي ذر ، قال: قال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " الاكثرون هم الاسفلون يوم القيامة، إلا من قال: بالمال هكذا وهكذا، وهكذا وهكذا، وقليل ما هم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Those who possess abundance of wealth and property will be disgraced on the Day of Judgment, except for the person who spends (in charity) to his right and left, but such people are very few.

Hadith Number: 21400
حدثنا وكيع ، وابن جعفر ، قالا: حدثنا شعبة ، عن ابي عمران الجوني ، قال ابن جعفر : سمعت ابا عمران ، عن عبد الله بن الصامت ابن اخي ابي ذر، وكان ابو ذر عمه، عن ابي ذر ، انه قال: يا رسول الله، ارايت الرجل يعمل العمل يحبه الناس عليه؟ قال: " تلك عاجل بشرى المؤمن" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a person does a good deed and people begin to praise him and speak highly of him (what is the ruling on this?)" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "This is an immediate glad tidings for the believer."

Hadith Number: 21401
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا الاعمش ، عن المعرور بن سويد ، عن ابي ذر ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ما من صاحب إبل ولا بقر ولا غنم لا يؤدي زكاتها، إلا جاءت يوم القيامة اعظم ما كانت واسمنه، تنطحه بقرونها، وتطؤه باخفافها، كلما نفدت اخراها عادت عليه اولاها، حتى يقضى بين الناس" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that whoever leaves behind goats, camels, or cows at the time of death, for which he did not pay zakat, they will come on the Day of Resurrection healthier than before and will trample him with their hooves and gore him with their horns until judgment is passed among the people. Then, one animal after another will continue to come.

Hadith Number: 21402
حدثنا وكيع ، عن سليمان بن المغيرة ، عن حميد بن هلال ، عن عبد الله بن الصامت ، عن ابي ذر ، قال: سالت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، عن الكلب الاسود البهيم، فقال:" شيطان" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that I asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about a very black dog, so the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A black dog is a devil.

Hadith Number: 21403
حدثنا وكيع ، وعبد الرحمن ، عن سفيان ، عن حبيب ، عن ميمون ، عن ابي ذر ، قال عبد الرحمن، قال: قلت: يا رسول الله، اوصني، قال: " اتق الله حيثما كنت، واتبع السيئة الحسنة تمحها، وخالق الناس بخلق حسن" ، وكان حدثنا به عن ميمون بن ابي شبيب عن معاذ، ثم رجع.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Fear Allah wherever you are, and if you commit a bad deed, follow it up with a good deed which will erase it, and treat people with good manners.

حكم دارالسلام: حسن لغيره، وهذا إسناد منقطع، ميمون بن أبى شبيب لم يسمع من أبى ذر، وقد اختلف على سفيان الثوري
Hadith Number: 21404
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا الاعمش ، عن رجل ، عن خرشة ، عن ابي ذر . ح والمسعودي ، عن علي بن مدرك ، عن خرشة ، عن ابي ذر ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة، ولا ينظر إليهم ولا يزكيهم، ولهم عذاب اليم"، قلت: يا رسول الله، من هم فقد خابوا وخسروا قال:" المنان، والمسبل، والمنفق سلعته بالحلف الفاجر" ..
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There are three types of people with whom Allah Almighty will neither speak on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them, nor will He purify them, and for them there will be a painful punishment. I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Who are these people? They are surely at a loss and in ruin." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) repeated his statement three times and said: The one who lets his lower garment hang below his ankles, the one who sells his goods by swearing a false oath, and the one who reminds others of his favors.

حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، و إسناداه صحيحان
Hadith Number: 21405
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن سليمان ، قال: سمعت سليمان بن مسهر ، عن خرشة بن الحر ، عن ابي ذر ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فذكر الحديث، قال ابن جعفر:" المنان بما اعطى، والمسبل إزاره".
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, he said: I heard Sulayman ibn Mus-hir, from Kharashah ibn al-Hurr, from Abu Dharr, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said—then he mentioned the hadith. Ibn Ja'far said: "The one who reminds others of what he has given, and the one who lets his garment hang below his ankles."

Hadith Number: 21406
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا الاعمش ، عن إبراهيم التيمي ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي ذر ، قال: سالت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن قوله تعالى: والشمس تجري لمستقر لها سورة يس آية 38، قال:" مستقرها تحت العرش" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that I asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the meaning of this verse: "The sun runs to its resting place." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The resting place of the sun is beneath the Throne. Hadith number (21644) is also narrated through this second chain.

Hadith Number: 21407
حدثنا وكيع ، عن ابي هلال ، عن بكر ، عن ابي ذر ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال له: " انظر، فإنك ليس بخير من احمر ولا اسود إلا ان تفضله بتقوى" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Behold, you are not better than any red or black person except that you surpass someone in piety."
