Hadith Number: 2209
نا هشيم، انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، انه كان يقول:" إن اجتزئ بتلك الحيضة".
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "It is permissible to suffice with that menstruation."

Hadith Number: 2210
نا عبد الله بن المبارك، عن هشام بن حسان، عن الحسن في رجل اشترى من اقوام جارية قال:" يستبرئها" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever buys a slave woman from among the peoples should observe istibra’ (waiting period) for her."

Hadith Number: 2211
نا هشيم، نا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، والشعبي، انهما كانا يقولان: " إذا اشترى الرجل الامة وهي حبلى لم يقربها حتى تضع ما في بطنها" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i and Hazrat Amir Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "One who buys a pregnant slave woman should not touch her until she gives birth."

Hadith Number: 2212
نا فضيل بن عياض، عن هشام، عن ابن سيرين في الرجل يشتري الجارية، قال:" لا يمسها ولا يضع يده عليها حتى يستبرئها" .
Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Do not touch or lay a hand on a slave-girl after purchasing her until her Istibra’ (waiting period) is completed."

Hadith Number: 2213
نا فضيل، عن هشام، عن الحسن، قال:" يصيب منها ما شاء ما لم يمس فرجها".
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "One may benefit from the slave woman as he wishes, except that he should not touch her private part."

Hadith Number: 2214
نا هشيم، انا يونس، عن الحسن، انه كان" لا يرى باسا ان يصيب الرجل من الامة إذا كان يستبرئها دون الفرج" ، قال: وكان ابن سيرين يكره ذلك.
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "During the period of istibra’ from a slave woman, one may benefit from her in any way except the private part." However, Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) considered this disliked.

نا إسماعيل بن إبراهيم، نا يونس، عن الحسن، وابن سيرين، مثل حديث هشيم.
This is also the saying of Hasan al-Basri and Ibn Sirin, may Allah have mercy on them both.

نا جرير، عن منصور، عن إبراهيم، قال: " كانوا يكرهون المملوك على النكاح ويدخلونه مع امراته البيت، ويغلقون عليهم الباب" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A slave would be compelled to marry, and then he would be locked in a room with his wife."

Hadith Number: 2217
نا إبراهيم بن سعد الزهري ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله ، عن ابي سعيد الخدري ، ان رجلا سال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن العزل، قال:" او تفعلون ذلك؟ لا عليكم ان تفعلوه ؛ إنه ليس نسمة قضى الله إلا هي كائنة" .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about 'azl (withdrawing before ejaculation during intercourse), so he said: There is no harm for you in practicing 'azl; the soul that Allah has decreed will come into existence."

Hadith Number: 2218
نا سفيان ، عن ابن ابي نجيح ، عن مجاهد ، قال: اخبرني قزعة ، عن ابي سعيد الخدري ، قال: ذكر العزل عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال:" لم يفعل ذلك احدكم؟" ولم يقل: لا يفعل ذلك،" فإنها ليست نفس مخلوقة إلا الله خالقها" .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The practice of coitus interruptus was mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He said: 'Do not do that, for the soul is created by Allah's decree.'"
