سنن سعید بن منصور
Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَلا تَجْعَلُوا اللهَ عُرْضَةً لأَيْمَانِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوا وَتَتَّقُوا وَتُصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَاللهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And do not make [your oath by] Allah an excuse against being righteous and fearing Allah and making peace among people. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.}
Hadith Number: 371
نا هشيم ، قال: نا مغيرة ، عن إبراهيم ، في قوله عز وجل: ولا تجعلوا الله عرضة لايمانكم سورة البقرة آية 224، قال:" هو الرجل يحلف ان لا يصل رحمه، ولا يبر قرابته، ولا يصلح بين اثنين، فلا تمنعه يمينه من ان يفعل ذلك، ويكفر عن يمينه" ,
Ibrahim al-Nakha'i, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding this verse: "And do not make Allah an excuse in your oaths" (__QUR_N__), says: This refers to the person who swears an oath that he will not maintain ties of kinship, will not show kindness to his close relatives, or will not reconcile between two people. So his oath should not prevent him from these good deeds; rather, he should do these deeds and offer expiation for his oath.

Hadith Number: 372
Hasan al-Basri, may Allah have mercy on him, also said likewise.

Hadith Number: 373
نا هشيم ، قال: نا مغيرة ، عن الشعبي , قال: " يصل رحمه، ويبر قرابته، ويصلح بين الناس، ولا كفارة عليه، ولو امرته بالكفارة لامرته ان لا يتم على قوله" .
‘Amir Sha‘bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: He should maintain ties with his relatives, treat his close ones with kindness, and reconcile between people, and there is no expiation upon him. If I were to command him to offer expiation, it would be as if I were commanding him not to stand by his word.

Hadith Number: 374
نا خالد بن عبد الله ، عن مغيرة ، عن إبراهيم ، في هذه الآية، قال: " هو الرجل يحلف ان لا يصل رحما، ولا يتقي الله، ولا يصلح بين اثنين" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said about this verse: It refers to the person who swears that he will not maintain ties with his relatives, will not be mindful of fearing Allah, and will not reconcile between two people.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لِلَّذِينَ يُؤْلُونَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِمْ تَرَبُّصُ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ فَإِنْ فَاءُوا فَإِنَّ اللهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ * وَإِنْ عَزَمُوا الطَّلاقَ فَإِنَّ اللهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
His saying, Exalted is He: {For those who swear not to have sexual relations with their wives is a waiting time of four months; but if they return [to normal relations]—then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. * But if they decide on divorce—then indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.}
Hadith Number: 375
نا نا سفيان ، عن عمرو ، قال: كان ابن عباس يقرا:" للذين يقسمون من نسائهم تربص اربعة اشهر , وإن عزموا السراح" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to recite this verse as follows: «لِلَّذِينَ يُقْسِمُونَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِمْ تَرَبُّصُ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ» and «وَإِنْ عَزَمُوا السَّرَاحَ» .

Hadith Number: 376
نا نا هشيم ، قال: نا ابن ابي ليلى ، عن الحكم ، عن مقسم ، عن ابن عباس , قال: " عزيمة الطلاق: انقضاء الاربعة الاشهر، والفيء: الجماع" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: The intention of divorce occurs after the completion of the four-month period, and reconciliation is through intercourse.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا عَرَّضْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْ خِطْبَةِ النِّسَاءِ أَوْ أَكْنَنْتُمْ فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ عَلِمَ اللهُ أَنَّكُمْ سَتَذْكُرُونَهُنَّ وَلَكِنْ لا تُوَاعِدُوهُنَّ سِرًّا إِلا أَنْ تَقُولُوا قَوْلا مَعْرُوفًا}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And there is no blame upon you for that to which you [indirectly] allude concerning a proposal to women or for what you conceal within yourselves. Allah knows that you will have them in mind. But do not promise them secretly except for saying a proper saying.}
Hadith Number: 377
نا هشيم ، قال: نا إسماعيل بن سالم ، عن الشعبي , قال: سمعته يقول في قوله عز وجل: ولكن لا تواعدوهن سرا سورة البقرة آية 235 , قال:" لا تاخذ ميثاقها الا تنكح غيرك، ولا توجب العقدة حتى تنقضي العدة" ,
Shu'bi, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding the statement of Allah the Exalted: "But do not make a secret promise to them" said: Its meaning is that you should not take a pledge from a woman during her waiting period that she will not marry anyone except you, nor should you make a definite decision of marriage before the waiting period ends.

Hadith Number: 378
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said in the explanation of Allah the Exalted’s statement:“But do not make a secret appointment with them”(__QUR_N__), that what is meant by this is adultery.

Hadith Number: 379
Dhahhak (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the statement of Allah the Exalted: ﴿وَلَكِنْ لَا تُوَاعِدُوهُنَّ سِرًّا﴾, that is, do not make a firm secret promise of marriage to a woman during her waiting period ('iddah).

Hadith Number: 380
Abu Mujalid (may Allah have mercy on him) said in the explanation of Allah the Exalted’s statement:“But do not make a secret appointment with them”— it means adultery.
