Mishkat al-Masabih
(وَصْفُ الْجَنَّاتِ وَالنَّارِ)
(Characteristics of the heavens and hells)
Hadith Number: 4960
4960 - وعن عياض بن حمار - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -"اهل الجنة ثلاثة: ذو سلطان مقسط متصدق موفق، ورجل رحيم رقيق القلب لكل ذي قرب ومسلم، وعفيف متعفف ذو عيال. واهل النار خمسة: الضعيف الذي لا زبر له، الذين فيكم تبع لا يبغون اهلا ولا مالا، والخائن الذي لا يخفى له طمع وإن دق إلا خانه، ورجل لا يصبح ولا يمسي إلا وهو يخادعك عن اهلك ومالك، وذكر البخل او الكذب. والشنظير: الفحاش". رواه مسلم.
Iyad bin Hamar (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The people of Paradise are of three types: a just, charitable, and successful ruler; (second) a person who is kind and gentle-hearted towards every relative (especially) and every Muslim (generally); and (third) a family man who refrains from forbidden things and from begging. As for the people of Hell, they are of five types: the weak one who has no sense (by which he can avoid evil), those who are under your authority, who have no desire for (lawful) family and wealth, the treacherous person who, if he covets even a small thing, betrays it, the man who deceives you morning and evening (at every opportunity) regarding your family and your wealth." And he mentioned the miser or the liar. "And the ill-mannered person who is foul-mouthed." Narrated by Muslim.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:صحيح
(وَصْفُ أَهْلِ الْإِيمَانِ)
(Characteristics of the people of faith)
Hadith Number: 4961
4961 - وعن انس - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم:"والذي نفسي بيده لا يؤمن عبد حتى يحب لاخيه ما يحب لنفسه"متفق عليه.
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By Him in Whose hand is my soul! None of you can be a believer until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself." Agreed upon.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:متفق عليه
(لَا يُعْتَبَرُ مُؤْمِنًا كَامِلًا مَنْ يُؤْذِي جَارَهُ)
(One who harms his neighbor is not a complete believer)
Hadith Number: 4962
4962 - وعن ابي هريرة - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم:"والله لا يؤمن، والله لا يؤمن، والله لا يؤمن". قيل: من يا رسول الله قال:"الذي لا يامن جاره بوائقه". متفق عليه.
Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "By Allah! He is not a believer, by Allah! He is not a believer, by Allah! He is not a believer." It was asked: O Messenger of Allah! Who (is not a believer)? He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one whose neighbor is not safe from his mischief." Agreed upon.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:متفق عليه
(مَنْ يُؤْذِي جَارَهُ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ)
(One who harms his neighbor will not enter Paradise)
Hadith Number: 4963
4963 - وعن انس - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم:"لا يدخل الجنة من لا يامن جاره بوائقه". رواه مسلم.
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A person whose neighbor is not safe from his mischief will not enter Paradise." Narrated by Muslim.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:صحيح
(تَشْدِيدُ حُقُوقِ الْجِيرَانِ)
(Emphasis on the rights of neighbors)
Hadith Number: 4964
4964 - وعن عائشة وابن عمر - رضي الله عنهم - عن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"مازال جبريل يوصيني بالجار، حتى ظننت انه سيورثه". متفق عليه.
Aisha and Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them, narrate from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "Gabriel continued to advise me regarding the neighbor until I thought he would make him an heir." Agreed upon.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:متفق عليه
(الاهْتِمَامُ بِكِرَامَةِ الْمُؤْمِنِ)
(Care for a believer’s dignity)
Hadith Number: 4965
4965 - وعن عبد الله بن مسعود - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم:"إذا كنتم ثلاثة فلا يتناجى اثنان دون الآخر، حتى تختلطوا بالناس، من اجل ان يحزنه"متفق عليه.
Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you are three, then two of you should not converse secretly excluding the third until you join other people, for this manner will grieve him (the third person)." Agreed upon.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:متفق عليه
(الدِّينُ هُوَ حَقٌّ فِي الْخَيْرِ)
(Religion is the name of goodwill)
Hadith Number: 4966
4966 - وعن تميم الداري - رضي الله عنه - ان النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"الدين النصيحة"ثلاثا. قلنا: لمن؟ قال:"لله، ولكتابه، ولرسوله ولائمة المسلمين، وعامتهم". رواه مسلم.
It is narrated from Tamim Dari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said three times: "Religion is sincerity and goodwill." We asked, "For whom?" He said: "For Allah, for His Book, for His Messenger, for the leaders of the Muslims, and for the common Muslims." Narrated by Muslim.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:صحيح
(الْمُوَافَقَةُ عَلَى خَيْرِ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ)
(Pledge for the goodwill of every Muslim)
Hadith Number: 4967
4967 - وعن جرير بن عبد الله - رضي الله عنه - قال: بايعت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - على إقام الصلاة، وإيتاء الزكاة ، والنصح لكل مسلم. متفق عليه.
Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on establishing prayer, giving zakat, and being sincere to every Muslim. Agreed upon.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:متفق عليه
(يُؤْخَذُ ٱلرَّحْمَةُ وَٱلرَّأْفَةُ مِنَ ٱلشَّقِيِّينَ)
(Mercy and compassion are taken away from the wretched)
Hadith Number: 4968
الفصل الثاني 4968 - عن ابي هريرة - رضي الله عنه - قال: سمعت ابا القاسم الصادق المصدوق صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول:"لا تنزع الرحمة إلا من شقي". رواه احمد، والترمذي.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard Abul Qasim, the truthful and trustworthy (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), saying: "Mercy is taken away only from a wretched person." Its chain is Hasan. Narrated by Ahmad and Tirmidhi.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:إسناده حسن
(رَحْمَةُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ عَلَى ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ)
(Mercy of the Most Merciful on the merciful)
Hadith Number: 4969
4969 - وعن عبد الله بن عمرو - رضي الله عنهما - قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:"الراحمون يرحمهم الرحمن، ارحموا من في الارض يرحمكم من في السماء". رواه ابو داود، والترمذي.
Abdullah bin Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The Most Merciful shows mercy to those who are merciful. Show mercy to those on the earth, and the One in the heavens will show mercy to you." Its chain is good. Narrated by Abu Dawood and Tirmidhi.
