No one gave him any answer. I found out that Hazrat Umar Farooq (may Allah be pleased with him) had asked the people about a hadith of this nature, so I hastened my mount until I reached him and said, "O Commander of the Faithful! I have learned that you have asked about a hadith regarding the wind. I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'The wind, that is, the strong wind, is a mercy from Allah. Sometimes it brings mercy and sometimes it brings hardship. When you see it, do not speak ill of it, but rather ask Allah for its good and seek refuge with Allah from its evil.'"
