مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 7736
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، اخبرنا معمر ، عن الزهري ، عن ابن المسيب ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا تشد الرحال إلا لثلاثة مساجد: مسجد الحرام، ومسجدي هذا، والمسجد الاقصى" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not undertake a journey specifically to any mosque except for three: the Sacred Mosque (Masjid al-Haram), this mosque of mine (the Prophet's Mosque), and the Al-Aqsa Mosque."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 1189، م: 1397.
Hadith Number: 7737
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، حدثنا معمر ، عن يحيى بن ابي كثير ، عن عكرمة ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: مر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم برجل يسوق بدنة، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " اركبها"، قال: إنها بدنة، قال:" اركبها" . قال ابو هريرة: فلقد رايته يساير النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وفي عنقها نعل.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once passed by a man who was driving a camel. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him, "Ride on it." He replied, "It is a sacrificial animal." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) again said, "Ride on it." Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) says that he saw the man walking along with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and there was a shoe hanging from the camel's neck.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 1706، م: 1322.
Hadith Number: 7738
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، اخبرنا مالك ، عن سمي ، عن ابي صالح ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لو يعلم الناس ما في النداء والصف الاول، لاستهموا عليهما، ولو يعلمون ما في التهجير، لاستبقوا إليه، ولو يعلمون ما في العتمة والصبح، لاتوهما ولو حبوا" . فقلت لمالك: اما يكره ان يقول: العتمة؟ قال: هكذا قال الذي حدثني.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If people were to know what reward there is in the call to prayer and in the first row (of prayer), and if they could not attain these except by drawing lots, they would surely draw lots for them. And if people were to know what reward there is in coming early to the prayer, they would race each other to it. And if they were to know what reward there is in the Isha and Fajr prayers, they would surely attend them, even if they had to crawl.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 615، م: 437.
Hadith Number: 7739
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، حدثنا ابن جريج ، اخبرني عطاء ، ان ابا سلمة بن عبد الرحمن ، اخبره، عن ابي هريرة ، او عن عائشة ، انها قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " صلاة في مسجدي خير من الف صلاة فيما سواه من المساجد، إلا المسجد الاقصى" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The reward for offering prayer in my mosque is a thousand times greater than in all other mosques except Masjid al-Haram.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف، ابن جريج روى عن عطاء بعد الاختلاط، لكن الحديث صحيح باللفظ: «إلا المسجد الحرام» ، خ: 1190، م: 1394.
Hadith Number: 7740
حدثناه علي بن إسحاق ، اخبرنا عبد الله ، اخبرنا ابن جريج ، فذكر حديثا، قال: واخبرني عطاء ، ان ابا سلمة ، اخبره، عن ابي هريرة ، وعن عائشة ، فذكره، ولم يشك.
The previous hadith is also narrated without doubt from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) through this second chain of transmission.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف كسابقه.
Hadith Number: 7741
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، حدثنا معمر ، عن ايوب ، عن ابن سيرين ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " خير الصدقة ما كان عن ظهر غنى، وابدا بمن تعول، واليد العليا خير من اليد السفلى" ، قلت لايوب:" ما عن ظهر غنى؟" قال: عن فضل غناك.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The best charity is that which is given with a content heart. The upper hand is better than the lower hand, and you should begin your charity and alms with those who are under your responsibility.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 1426.
Hadith Number: 7742
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، اخبرنا معمر ، عن اشعث بن عبد الله ، عن شهر بن حوشب ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إن الرجل ليعمل بعمل اهل الخير سبعين سنة، فإذا اوصى حاف في وصيته، فيختم له بشر عمله، فيدخل النار، وإن الرجل ليعمل بعمل اهل الشر سبعين سنة، فيعدل في وصيته، فيختم له بخير عمله، فيدخل الجنة" . قال: ثم يقول ابو هريرة: واقرءوا إن شئتم: تلك حدود الله سورة النساء آية 13 إلى قوله عذاب مهين سورة النساء آية 14.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A person performs the deeds of the righteous for seventy years, but when he makes a will, he acts unjustly in it, thus his end is upon the worst of deeds and he enters Hell. Whereas another person performs the deeds of sinners for seventy years, but when he makes a will, he acts justly in it, thus his end is upon the best of deeds and he enters Paradise. Then Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If you wish, recite this verse: "These are the limits set by Allah... up to His saying: a humiliating punishment."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف لضعف شهر.
Hadith Number: 7743
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، حدثنا معمر ، عن همام ، قال: سمعت ابا هريرة ، يقول: قال ابو القاسم صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا استلجج احدكم باليمين في اهله، فإنه آثم له عند الله من الكفارة التي امر بها" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you insists on his oath regarding his family (even though it is wrong), then this is a greater sin in the sight of Allah than the expiation which has been prescribed for him.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 6625، م: 1655.
Hadith Number: 7744
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، عن سفيان ، عن داود ، عن شيخ ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " ياتي عليكم زمان يخير فيه الرجل بين العجز والفجور، فمن ادرك ذلك الزمان، فليختر العجز على الفجور" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "A time will come upon you in which a person will be given the choice between helplessness and immorality; whoever reaches that time should choose helplessness over immorality and prefer it."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف لجهالة الراوي المبهم.
Hadith Number: 7745
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، اخبرني ابي ، اخبرنا ميناء ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: كنت جالسا عند النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فجاء رجل فقال: يا رسول الله، العن حمير، فاعرض عنه، ثم جاءه من ناحية اخرى، فاعرض عنه، وهو يقول: العن حمير، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " رحم الله حمير، افواههم سلام، وايديهم طعام، اهل امن وإيمان" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I was sitting in the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when a man came and said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), curse the tribe of Himyar." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) turned his face away from him. He came from the other side and said the same thing again. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) again turned away and said, "May Allah Almighty send His mercy upon the tribe of Himyar. On their tongues is peace and in their hands is food (for others), and they are people of security and faith."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف جدا، ميناء متروك.
