It is narrated from Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person said to the Prophet (peace be upon him) that such-and-such man never misses fasting during the day. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: He has neither missed nor kept the fast.

It is narrated from Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led the Zuhr prayer, and one of the followers recited the Surah "Sabbihisma Rabbikal A'la." After finishing the prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "Who among you recited 'Sabbihisma Rabbikal A'la'?" One man said, "I did." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I realized that someone among you was contending with me."

It is narrated from Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever hears about the emergence of Dajjal, let him stay away from him (he said this sentence three times), because a person will go to him thinking that he is a believer, but as he sees things that create doubt with Dajjal, he will begin to follow him.

It is narrated from Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that once some people from Banu Tamim came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them, "O Banu Tamim! Accept the glad tidings." They said, "O Messenger of Allah! You have given us glad tidings, now also give us something (as a gift)." After a little while, a tribe from Yemen came, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them, "Banu Tamim did not accept the glad tidings, you accept them." They said, "O Messenger of Allah! We have accepted it, now tell us how this matter began?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Allah was before everything, and His Throne was upon water, and He wrote everything in the Preserved Tablet (al-Lawh al-Mahfuz)." Hazrat Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) says that during this, a man came to me and said, "O Imran! Your camel's rope has come undone." I went out in search of it, and a mirage came between me and it, so I do not know what happened after me.

Once, Muswar came to Hasan and said, "My slave had run away. I made a vow that if I saw him again, I would cut off his hand. Now he is in 'Jisr'." Hasan said, "Do not cut off his hand, because a man had said the same thing to Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him): 'My slave has run away, and I have vowed that if I see him, I will cut off his hand.' He replied, 'Do not cut off his hand, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to encourage us to give charity in his addresses and forbade mutilation.'"

Hazrat Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) wished to meet him, and he met him at the door of his house and said, "I wished to meet you. Did you hear the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that there is no obedience to any creature in disobedience to Allah?" Hakam (may Allah be pleased with him) replied, "Yes!" Upon this, Hazrat Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Allahu Akbar."

Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) says that once I prayed behind Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), and after offering that prayer, I remembered the prayer of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the two Shaykhs. The narrator says that I went along with him and prayed behind Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). He used to say "Allahu Akbar" every time he went into prostration and every time he raised his head. When the prayer was finished, I asked Hazrat Imran (may Allah be pleased with him), "O Abu Nujayd! Who was the first to abandon this?" He replied, "Hazrat Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), when he became old and his voice became weak."
