حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا طلحة بن يحيى ، عن عمته عائشة بنت طلحة ، عن خالتها عائشة ام المؤمنين، قالت: اتي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بصبي من صبيان الانصار ليصلي عليه، فقلت: طوبى له عصفور من عصافير الجنة لم يعمل سوءا قط، ولم يدركه ذنب، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" او غير ذلك يا عائشة! إن الله عز وجل خلق الجنة وخلق لها اهلا، وخلقهم وهم في اصلاب آبائهم، وخلق النار وخلق لها اهلا، وخلقهم وهم في اصلاب آبائهم" .
Umm al-Mu’minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: An Ansari child was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) so that he (peace be upon him) could perform his funeral prayer. I said: How fortunate he is, he is a bird of Paradise, who has never done any bad deed and sin has never reached him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“Aisha! It could be otherwise as well. Indeed, Allah Almighty created Paradise and created its inhabitants; He created them while they were still in the loins of their forefathers. And He created Hell and created its inhabitants; He created them while they were still in the loins of their forefathers.”
تخریج الحدیث: «إسناده جيد، طلحة بن يحلى فصلنا القول فيه عند الحديث 6932 فى مسند الموصلي. وأخرجه أحمد 208/6، 241 ومسلم فى القدر 2662 وأبو داود فى السنة 4713 والنسائي فى الجنائز 57/3، وابن ماجه فى المقدمة 82، والبيهقي فى الاعتقاد والهداية ص108»
Hadith Number 268

حدثنا سفيان ، عن زكريا بن ابي زائدة ، عن عباس بن ذريح ، عن الشعبي ، قال: كتب معاوية بن ابي سفيان إلى عائشة ان اكتبي إلي بشيء سمعتيه من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: فكتبت إليه: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " إنه من يعمل بغير طاعة الله يعود حامده من الناس ذاما" .
Imam Sha’bi narrates: Sayyiduna Mu’awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote a letter to Umm al-Mu’minin Sayyidah A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her), asking her to write back to him something she had heard from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). So Sayyidah A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) wrote back to him: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) say:“Whoever disobeys Allah Almighty, then among the people, those who praise him will become his critics.”

حدثنا سفيان ، عن إسماعيل بن ابي خالد ، عن الشعبي ، عن عائشة ، قالت: " ما بعث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سرية قط فيهم زيد بن حارثة إلا امره عليهم" .
Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) dispatched an expedition in which Zayd bin Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him) was present, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) appointed him as the leader of those people.
تخریج الحدیث: «إسناده منقطع، عامر الشعبي لم يسمع عائشة ولكن أخرجه الحاكم 218/3 من طريق سفيان ابن عيينة عن إسماعيل بن أبى خالد عن الشعبي عن مسروق عن عائشة. وقال الحاكم: صحيح على شرط الشيخين ولم يخرجاه: أخرجه ابن حبان فى «صحيحه» برقم: 7314، وأحمد فى «مسنده» برقم: 24767، والحميدي فى «مسنده» برقم: 266، وابن أبى شيبة فى «مصنفه» برقم: 38370»

حدثنا سفيان ، عن إسماعيل بن ابي خالد ، عن قيس بن ابي حازم ، عن ابي سهلة ، عن عائشة ، انها قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذات يوم: " وددت ان عندي رجلا من اصحابي"، فقلت: الا ندعو لك ابا بكر؟ قال:" لا، ثم قال: وددت ان عندي رجلا من اصحابي"، فقلت: الا ندعو لك عمر؟ قال:" لا، ثم قال: وددت ان عندي رجلا من اصحابي"، فقلت: الا ندعو لك ابن عمك علي بن ابي طالب؟ قال:" لا، ثم قال: وددت ان عندي رجلا من اصحابي"، فقلت: الا ندعو لك عثمان؟ فسكت، قالت: فامرت به فدعي، فلما جاءه خلا به، فجعل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول له , ووجه عثمان يتلون . قال سفيان : وحدثوني عن ابن ابي خالد ، عن قيس ، عن ابي سهلة ، فقالت عائشة في هذا الحديث: فلم احفظ من قوله , إلا انه قال:" وإن سالوك ان تنخلع من قميص قمصك الله عز وجل فلا تفعل".
Mother of the Believers, Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: One day the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I wish that someone from among my companions were with me." So I said: Should we call Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) to you? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "No." Then he (peace be upon him) said: "I wish that someone from among my companions were present with me." So I said: Should we call Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)? He (peace be upon him) said: "No." Then he (peace be upon him) said: "I wish that someone related to my companions were with me." So I said: Should we call your cousin Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him)? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "No." Then he (peace be upon him) said: "I wish that someone related to my companions were with me." So I said: Should we call Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him)? The Prophet (peace be upon him) remained silent. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I instructed for him to be called, and when he arrived, the Prophet (peace be upon him) sat in seclusion with him. The Prophet (peace be upon him) began to say something to him, and the color of Uthman's (may Allah be pleased with him) face began to change. The narrator named Sufyan says: In another chain of narration, Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) also narrated these words: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to him: "If people demand from you to remove that shirt which Allah has clothed you with, then do not do so."

حدثنا سفيان ، عن يحيى بن سعيد ، عن إسماعيل بن ابي حكيم ، قال: قال عمر بن عبد العزيز : " إن الله عز وجل لا يعذب العامة بعمل الخاصة، فإذا المعاصي ظهرت , فلم تغير اخذت العامة والخاصة" .
Umar bin Abdul Aziz says: Allah Almighty will not punish all people because of the actions of specific individuals, but when sins become widespread and are not eradicated, then both the common and the elite (all) will be seized.
تخریج الحدیث: «إسناده صحيح إلى عمر، وأخرجه مالك فى الكلام 23، أنه سمع عمر بن عبد العزيز يقول: كان يقال: إن الله تبارك وتعالى...ومن طريق مالك السابقة أخرجه ابن المبارك فى الزهد برقم 1351،. وأخرجه أحمد 192/4»

حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا مسعر ، عن المقدام بن شريح ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا مطرنا، قال:" اللهم سيبا نافعا" . قال سفيان: هكذا حفظته سيبا، والذي حفظوا اجود صيبا.
Umm al-Mu’minin Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When rain would descend, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite:“O Allah, make it continuous and beneficial.”Sufyan says: I have remembered this wording of the narration as“sayyib”(meaning continuous), while the wording remembered by other narrators is better, that is,“sayyib”(torrential).

حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا مسعر ، عن عاصم بن بهدلة ، عن زر بن حبيش ، قال: سالت عائشة عن ميراث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالت:" اعن ميراث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تسال؟ ما ترك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صفراء ولا بيضاء، ولا شاة، ولا بعيرا، ولا عبدا , ولا امة، ولا ذهبا، ولا فضة" .
Zirr bin Hubaysh says: I asked Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about the inheritance of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so she said: Are you asking about the inheritance of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not leave behind any yellow or white thing, that is (gold or silver), nor any goat, nor any camel, nor any slave or slave-girl, nor any gold or any silver.
تخریج الحدیث: «إسناده حسن، وأخرجه البيهقي فى «دلائل النبوة، 274/7 من طريق جعفر بن عون، عن مسعر، بهذا الإسناد. وهو فى صحيح مسلم فى الوصية 1635، وقد استوفينا تخريجه فى صحيح ابن حبان برقم 6368، 6606،. ونضيف هنا: وأخرجه ابن أبى شيبة 206/11-207 برقم 10987»

حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا ابن جريج، عن ابن ابي مليكة ، قال: ذكر لعائشة ان امراة تلبس النعلين، فقالت: " لعن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رجلة النساء" .
Ibn Abi Mulaykah says: The mention was made before Umm al-Mu’minin Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that a woman wears sandals (a type of footwear specific to men), so Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed women who imitate men.
تخریج الحدیث: «إسناده ضعيف، فيه عنعنة ابن جريج، وقد استوفينا تخريجه فى مسند الموصلي برقم 4880، ويشهد له حديث ابن عباس الذى خر جناه فى مسند الموصلي أيضاً برقم 2433،. وحديث أبى هريرة الذى خر جناه برقم 1455، فى موارد الظمآن ورجله النساء المتشبهة بالرجال..»
Hadith Number 275

حدثنا سفيان ، وعبد الله بن رجاء قالا: ثنا ابن جريج ، عن ابن ابي مليكة ، عن عائشة ، قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إن ابغض الرجال إلى الله عز وجل الالد الخصم" .
Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most disliked person in the sight of Allah Almighty is the one who is extremely argumentative."
تخریج الحدیث: «إسناده صحيح، فقد صرح ابن جريج بالتحديث عند ابن حبان وغيره. وأخرجه البخاري فى التفسير 4523، من طريق قبيصة، عن سفيان، بهذا الإسناد وقد استوفينا تخريجه فى صحيح ابن حبان، برقم 5697، قعد إليه إذا رغبت. ونضيف هنا: وأخرجه البيهقي فى الأسماء والصفات ص 501»
Hadith Number 276

حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا داود بن ابي هند ، عن الشعبي ، عن مسروق ، عن عائشة ، انها قالت: يا رسول الله! يوم تبدل الارض غير الارض سورة إبراهيم آية 48 فاين الناس يومئذ؟ قال:" على الصراط يا بنت الصديق" .
Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates, she said: O Messenger of Allah! (The command of Allah Almighty is) "On that Day, the earth will be changed to another earth." (14-Ibrahim:48) So where will the people be on that Day? The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O daughter of the Siddiq! They will be on the Bridge of Sirat."
