٣٠٣٥٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يلاعن امراته ثم يقذفها قال: يضرب.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding the person who performs li'an with his wife and then accuses her again. He said: The hadd (punishment) will be imposed on him, and Hazrat Amir said: The hadd will not be imposed on him.

٣٠٣٥٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا شبابة بن سوار عن شعبة قال: سالت الحكم وحمادا عن الرجل يلاعن امراته ثم تلد فيقول: ليس هذا مني، قالا: يضرب.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad about the man who performed li’an with his wife, then his wife gave birth to a child, and he said: This is not my child. So what is the ruling regarding him? Both of them said: He will be punished.

٣٠٣٥٧ - [حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو عاصم عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: إن لاعنته ثم قذفها لم يحد، قال: قلت: وكيف؟] (١) وقد (اكذب نفسه) (٢)، قال: لا يحد، قد باء بلعنة الله كتاب الله.

٣٠٣٥٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن اشعث عن الحكم عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قذف المجلود امراته جلد، ولا لعان بينهما.
Hazrat Hakam says that Ibrahim stated: If a person who has been flogged accuses his wife of adultery, he too will be flogged, and there will be no li'an between them. And the narrator says: I asked Hasan Basri and Hazrat 'Amir about this, and both of them said: He will perform li'an.
