مسنَد اَنَسِ بنِ مَالِك رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 12320
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لابي بن كعب: إن الله امرني ان اقرا عليك لم يكن الذين كفروا، قال: وسماني لك؟، قال: نعم"، فبكى.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once said to Hazrat Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that Allah has commanded me to recite to you the Surah "Alam Yakunilladhina Kafaru". Hazrat Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "Did Allah mention me by name?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "Yes!" Upon hearing this, Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) began to weep.

Hadith Number: 12321
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، قال: حدثنا شعبة ، ويزيد ، قال: اخبرنا شعبة ، عن قتادة قال: ابن جعفر في حديثه، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، انه قال:" اتموا الركوع والسجود، فوالله إني لاراكم من بعدي وربما قال: من بعد ظهري إذا ركعتم وسجدتم".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perform bowing and prostration completely, for by Allah, I see you even from behind my back."

Hadith Number: 12322
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة ، يقول: حدثنا انس بن مالك ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" بعثت انا والساعة كهاتين"، قال شعبة: وسمعت قتادة، يقول في قصصه: كفضل إحداهما على الاخرى، فلا ادري ذكره عن انس ام قاله قتادة!.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I and the Hour (Day of Judgment) have been sent like these two fingers together. (Saying this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed towards his index finger and middle finger.)

Hadith Number: 12323
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، انه قال:" لا عدوى، ولا طيرة، ويعجبني الفال، قيل: وما الفال؟، قال: كلمة طيبة".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet said: There is no reality in bad omens, however, I like optimism, that is, a good and pure word.

Hadith Number: 12324
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن قتادة ، عن انس بن مالك ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اتي بلحم، فقيل له: تصدق به على بريرة، فقال له:" هو لها صدقة، ولنا هدية".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once something of charity came to Bareerah (the slave girl of Hazrat Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is charity for her and a gift for us."

Hadith Number: 12325
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا معاذ بن هشام الدستوائي ، قال: حدثني ابي ، عن يونس ، عن قتادة ، عن انس بن مالك ، قال:" ما اكل نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على خوان، ولا في سكرجة، ولا خبز له مرقق"، قال: قلت لقتادة: فعلام كانوا ياكلون؟، قال: على السفر.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) never ate on a table or in small bowls, nor was fine bread ever baked for him. The narrator asked, "Then on what did he eat his food?" He replied, "On dining cloths (dastarkhwan)."

Hadith Number: 12326
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا انس بن عياض ، حدثني ربيعة ، انه سمع انس بن مالك وهو يقول:" توفي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو ابن ستين سنة، ليس في راسه ولحيته عشرون شعرة بيضاء".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away at the age of sixty, and at that time there were not even twenty white hairs in the blessed beard of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

Hadith Number: 12327
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا حسن الاشيب ، حدثنا حماد بن يحيى ، حدثنا ثابت البناني ، عن انس بن مالك ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" إن مثل امتي مثل المطر، لا يدرى اوله خير او آخره".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The example of my Ummah is like that of rain; it is not known whether its beginning is better or its end."

Hadith Number: 12328
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن جابر ، عن حميد بن هلال ، عن انس بن مالك ، قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم" يكنيني ببقلة كنت اجتنيها".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the kunyah Musharsh after the name of the vegetable which I used to pick.

Hadith Number: 12329
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن انس بن سيرين ، عن انس بن مالك ، قال:" كان رجل ضخم لا يستطيع ان يصلي مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: إني لا استطيع ان اصلي معك، فلو اتيت منزلي فصليت، فاقتدي بك، فصنع الرجل طعاما، ثم دعا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فنضح طرف حصير لهم، فصلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ركعتين، فقال رجل من آل الجارود لانس وكان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي الضحى، قال: ما رايته صلاها إلا يومئذ".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that there was a man who was very heavyset and could not come repeatedly to pray with the Prophet (peace be upon him). He said to the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he did not have the strength to come again and again to pray with him, and requested that if the Prophet (peace be upon him) would come to his house one day and pray at a certain place, then he would pray there from then on. So, he arranged an invitation once and called the Prophet (peace be upon him), and sprinkled water on a corner of a mat. The Prophet (peace be upon him) prayed two rak‘ahs there. A man from the family of Jarud, upon hearing this, asked Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) whether the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to pray the Duha prayer. He replied that he had only seen the Prophet (peace be upon him) pray that prayer on that day.
