Musnad of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 12659
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out after midday, led the Zuhr prayer, and after saying salam, stood on the pulpit and mentioned the Day of Judgment: and also that before it, very important events will occur. Then he said, "Whoever wants to ask any question, let him ask. By Allah! Whatever you ask me about, as long as I am standing here, I will surely answer you." Upon hearing this, people began to weep and wail in abundance, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) kept repeating, "Ask me." So a man stood up and asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Where will I enter?" He replied, "In Hell." Abdullah bin Hudhafah (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Who is my father?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "Your father is Hudhafah." Upon this, Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) knelt down and began to say, "We are pleased and content with Allah as our Lord, with Islam as our religion, and with Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) as our Prophet." Hearing this from Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) became silent. After a short while, he said, "By Him in Whose hand is my soul, just now Paradise and Hell were presented before me in the width of this wall while I was praying. I have never seen a day of good and evil like today."

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the last glance I cast upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on Monday was such that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) lifted the curtain of his blessed chamber, and at that time the people were offering prayer behind Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) as the Imam. I saw the blessed face of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it appeared as if it were an open page of the Qur'an. Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) wanted to step back to join the row, thinking that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wished to come and lead the people in prayer. But the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), seeing them standing in rows, smiled and signaled to him to remain in his place and complete the prayer, and then let the curtain fall. And on that very day, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) departed from this world.

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that some people from the tribes of ‘Ukl and ‘Uraynah became Muslim, but the climate of Madinah did not suit them. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them,“If you go to our camels and drink their milk, perhaps you will recover.”So they did so, but when they became healthy, they reverted to disbelief and apostatized. They killed the Muslim shepherd of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and drove away the Prophet’s camels. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent companions after them, and they were captured and brought before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides, their eyes be branded with hot irons, and they were left in the rocky area until they died.
