692/897 From Abu Huraira; that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "My allies on the Day of Resurrection are the righteous, even if there is a closer lineage than lineage. So let not people come to me with deeds, while you come with the world carried upon your necks, and you say: O Muhammad! And I will say thus and thus: No," and he turned away to both his sides.

693/898 Ibn Abbas said: "I do not see anyone acting upon this verse: 'O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female' until he reached: 'Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you' [الحجرات: 13] . A man says to another man: I am more noble than you! But no one is more noble than another except by the fear of Allah."
