Mishkat al-Masabih
(الفَقْرُ قَدْ يُؤَدِّي إِلَى الكُفْرِ)
(Poverty can lead to disbelief)
Hadith Number: 5051
5051 - وعن انس - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:"كاد الفقر ان يكون كفرا، وكاد الحسد ان يغلب القدر".
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Poverty is close to becoming disbelief (due to objecting to Allah), and envy is close to overpowering destiny." Its chain is weak. Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman.

(بَيَانُ ذَنْبِ مَنْ لَا يَقْبَلُ الْمَعْذِرَةَ)
(Description of the sin of one who does not accept an apology)
Hadith Number: 5052
5052 - وعن جابر عن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"من اعتذر إلى اخيه فلم يعذره ، او لم يقبل عذره ; كان عليه مثل خطيئة صاحب مكس". رواه البيهقي في"شعب الإيمان"وقال: المكاس: العشار.
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever presents an excuse to his (Muslim) brother and he does not consider him excused or does not accept his excuse, then upon him is the sin like that of a tax collector." Weak, narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman. Both of these narrations have been narrated by Imam Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman, and he said: By ((al-mukas)), the one who takes 'ushr (a type of tax) is meant.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:ضعيف
(خَصْلَتَانِ يُحِبُّهُمَا اللَّهُ تَعَالَى)
(Two qualities that Allah Almighty loves)
Hadith Number: 5053
(18) باب الحذر والتاني في الامور الفصل الاول 5053 - عن ابي هريرة - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:"لا يلدغ المؤمن من جحر واحد مرتين". متفق عليه.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A believer is not bitten from the same hole twice." Agreed upon.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:متفق عليه
(الخَصَالُ الَّتِي يُحِبُّهَا اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: الحِلْمُ وَالوَقَارُ)
(Qualities loved by Allah Almighty: forbearance and dignity)
Hadith Number: 5054
5054 - وعن ابن عباس - رضي الله عنهما - ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال لاشج عبد القيس إن فيك لخصلتين يحبهما الله: الحلم والاناة". رواه مسلم.
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to Ashajj, the chief of Abdul Qais: "There are two qualities in you that Allah loves: forbearance and dignity." Narrated by Muslim.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:صحيح
(العَجَلَةُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ)
(Haste is from Satan)
Hadith Number: 5055
الفصل الثاني 5055 - عن سهل بن سعد الساعدي - رضي الله عنه - ان النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"الاناة من الله والعجلة من الشيطان". رواه الترمذي، وقال: هذا حديث غريب. وقد تكلم بعض اهل الحديث في عبد المهيمن بن عباس الراوي من قبل حفظه.
It is narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d Sa’idi, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:“Forbearance is from Allah, and haste is from Satan.”Imam Tirmidhi narrated this hadith, and he called it ‘gharib’, and some hadith scholars have discussed the memory of this hadith’s narrator, Abdul Muhaymin bin Abbas. Its chain is weak. Narrated by al-Tirmidhi.

(الحِلْمُ يَأْتِي بَعْدَ العَثْرَةِ)
(Forbearance comes after stumbling)
Hadith Number: 5056
5056 - وعن ابي سعيد - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:"لا حليم إلا ذو عثرة ، ولا حكيم إلا ذو تجربة"رواه احمد، والترمذي، وقال: هذا حديث حسن غريب.
Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Only one who slips up is forbearing, and only one with experience is wise." Ahmad, Tirmidhi, and Imam Tirmidhi said: This hadith is Hasan Gharib. Hasan, narrated by Ahmad and Tirmidhi.

(امْضِ فِي عَمَلِ الخَيْرِ)
(Proceed with the work of goodness)
Hadith Number: 5057
5057 - وعن انس - رضي الله عنه - ان رجلا قال للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: اوصني. فقال:"خذ الامر بالتدبير ، فإن رايت في عاقبته خيرا فامضه، وإن خفت غيا فامسك". رواه في"شرح السنة".
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man requested the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Advise me." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Reflect upon the matter; if you see goodness and benefit in its outcome, then proceed with it, and if you fear misguidance, then do not do it." Its chain is weak, and it is rejected. It is narrated in Sharh al-Sunnah.

(العَجَلَةُ فِي أُمُورِ الآخِرَةِ خَيْرٌ)
(Haste in matters of the Hereafter is better)
Hadith Number: 5058
5058 - وعن مصعب بن سعد عن ابيه، قال الاعمش. لا اعلمه إلا عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:"التؤدة في كل شيء خير إلا في عمل الآخرة". رواه ابو داود.
Mus'ab bin Sa'd narrates from his father, while A'mash said: I know this (hadith) only from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is better not to act hastily in anything except for deeds of the Hereafter." Its chain is weak, narrated by Abu Dawood.

(Moderation is one twenty-fourth of prophethood)
Hadith Number: 5059
5059 - وعن عبد الله بن سرجس - رضي الله عنه - ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:"السمت الحسن والتؤدة والاقتصاد جزء من اربع وعشرين جزءا من النبوة". رواه الترمذي.
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Sarjis (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Good character, forbearance and dignity, and moderation are one twenty-fourth part of Prophethood." Hasan, narrated by Tirmidhi.

قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:حسن
(يَجِبُ إِخْفَاءُ الأَسْرَارِ)
(It is necessary to conceal secrets)
Hadith Number: 5060
5060 - وعن ابن عباس - رضي الله عنهما - ان نبي الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"إن الهدي الصالح والسمت الصالح والاقتصاد جزء من خمس وعشرين جزءا من النبوة". رواه ابو داود.
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A good way and good character are one twenty-fifth part of Prophethood." Hasan, narrated by Abu Dawood.
