Allah, the Exalted, will bring it forth in such a state that it will have two eyes with which it will see, and a tongue with which it will speak. It will bear witness in favor of the person who touched it with truth. Our Lord is Most High and Majestic; He does whatever He wills.

Not for the one who touches it with the intention of obeying Allah and seeking His closeness, because the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) has stated that a person will receive only that which he intended.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Black Stone will come on the Day of Resurrection bigger than the mountain of Abu Qubais, it will have a tongue and two lips.
Indeed, the circumambulation of the House was only instituted for the establishment of the remembrance of Allah, not for the conversation of people and preoccupation with that which brings no benefit to the circumambulator in the Hereafter. And even though speaking good words during circumambulation is permissible and allowed, if that speech is not the remembrance of Allah.
